Lauren started her career as a Chemical Engineer and over 15yrs has worked with tier one resource and chemical manufacturing clients to optimise system and process performance including driving productivity improvement in crewed and autonomous mining operations.
Lauren holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Lauren is also an experienced product owner and business analyst, with experience leading teams of software developers and data scientists, whilst capturing and translating business requirements to support a successful outcome for system implementations.
