Carmel started her career in IT and has earned an MBA from Curtin University. Across her 20 year career Carmel has contributed to a number of transformational change programs, coaching teams in MOS principles and supporting prioritisation and execution of the highest priority initiatives.

Josh started his career as a Material & Mechanical Engineer before moving into continuous improvement deployment and coaching roles across a number of industries including manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
